- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to communicate with English & Mandarin averagely

- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying
- Perform data entry for Account Payable.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
