- Support the design and execution of social commerce strategies aligned with client goals and Intrepid’s broader business objectives.
- Partner with Business Development teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client proposals, and scale revenue streams.
- Contribute to P&L management by monitoring productivity, profitability, and resource allocation.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to shape forward-looking strategies.
- Manage and coach hosts, moderators, and affiliate marketers.
- Drive recruitment, training, and continuous upskilling to build a strong pipeline of social commerce talent.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and provide structured feedback to ensure consistent improvement in sales and engagement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Oversee the planning and execution of livestream campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and alignment with client objectives.
- Provide real-time guidance during livestreams to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Track and analyze KPIs (GMV, engagement, conversion, host sales) to drive performance improvements.
- Collaborate with production, content, marketing and social KAM teams to ensure high-quality livestream and video content.
- Support affiliate marketing initiatives to extend client reach and drive incremental sales.
- Support affiliate marketing initiatives to expand client reach and drive incremental sales.
- Ensure engaging, high-quality video/livestream content that aligns with campaign goals and client branding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate content, affiliate, and sales strategies into broader eCommerce and social commerce plans.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients on social commerce initiatives, ensuring clear communication and reliable delivery.
- Build strong relationships with platform representatives (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada) to unlock new features and growth opportunities.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to adapt playbooks for local market execution.
- 5+ years in Social Commerce, eCommerce, or Digital Marketing
- Strong leadership and people development across cross-functional teams
- Strategic, data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholder
