Why Join As a key player in our Transaction Banking team, you&aposll have the opportunity to drive business growth and deliver innovative cash management solutions to our corporate clients. You&aposll be at the forefront of shaping the future of cash management, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their evolving requirements. How you succeed To excel in this role, you&aposll need to develop a deep understanding of our clients' cash management needs and preferences. You&aposll work closely with our product management team to design and launch new cash management products and services, and collaborate with our sales team to promote these solutions to our clients. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex ideas simply will be key to your success. What you do Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' cash management needs and preferences Collaborate with our product management team to design and launch new cash management products and services Work closely with our sales team to promote our cash management solutions to our clients Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at our corporate clients Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our cash management solutions to our clients Provide input to our product management team on market trends and competitor activity Who you are A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics At least 5 years of experience in transaction banking, cash management, or a related field Strong understanding of cash management products and services, including payment systems, account management, and liquidity management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Who We Are As Singapore&aposs longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932.
