Responsibilities: To manage Cash Management's product development, ongoing enhancements and improvements which have been identified. This includes doing product analysis, writing business requirements, implementation and commercialization. Able to solution Cash management Products and when required, test and verify the product implementation logic. Responsible for developing business strategies on the bank's collection, payments products which encompasses product pricing, sales and marketing strategies; Abreast with industry trends and regulatory landscape to enhance product capabilities and to support bank's competitiveness; To work with other line of business and stakeholders to identify business opportunities through initiatives and product feature development To participate in client meetings or internal discussions to assist in providing issue resolution and customized client solutions when needed; To manage internal/external projects by working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors; To participate and support business in discussions related to audits, vendor management, compliance, regulatory and risk management. Requirements: Bachelor&aposs Degree or Master's Degree in Business, Computer Science or any related field. 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in Financial Services, including 2+ years in cash management, banking platform and distribution channels or product management Solid understanding of Cash Management business and the benefits of core products and services, such as payable, receivable, liquidity management, platform and channels etc Ability to clearly articulate business requirements and other relevant information to key stakeholders. Project Management experience would be ideal to ensure projects and responsibilities are carried out to completion.
