As a centre of excellence, the team in Malaysia provides asset services, custody and payments for clients in Europe (Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg, Switzerland and United Kingdom) with a global operating model that maximises efficiencies across time zones, supports 17/5 operational capability with follow the sun model, enhances scalability of our global operations and the implementation of standardized processes The OTC Middle Office team processes all Over-the-Counter transactions for Custody. The service includes OTC trade capture and validation, OTC Collateral movements capture, OTC Cash Management and EMIR Services on behalf of European subsidiaries clients. (Regulatory Reporting and Regulatory Reconciliations). Region: APAC Working hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM What will you do Processing within deadlines by collaborating with Client Operations Middle Office Services: Activities performed in the context of Custodian and Fund Administration principles, Prospectus, ISA Master agreements, internal policies and procedures ensuring optimal client service Ensure accuracy of processing is in accordance to CACEIS' expectation. Assist Supervisor in day-to-day operations of the process.. Completion of knowledge/training within process in accordance to established learning curve. What do you need to succeed Must-have Banking experience in back office. Excellent knowledge in different investment instruments. Accurate and timely data entry skills. Computer Literacy - Intermediate MS Office Excel and Word, as well as other custody system usage. Ability to work accurately under pressure. Nice-to-have Teamwork & cooperation. Analytical thinking.
