- Provide and extend support to International Securities Lending trading desks. Manage and develop relationship with borrowers and several internal departments.
- Ensure all trades are timely recorded and updated with strict adherence to SLA.
- Responsible to act as team lead in the absence of team Supervisor.
- Involve in any process improvement effort and actively contribute ideas to increase team efficiency and productivity.
- Provide coaching and guidance to other team members.
- The position requires good experience and background in operations including familiarity with financial product and settlement, team focus, dynamic.
