- ServiceNow administration, configuration, and maintenance
- Integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and business applications
- Implementation of ServiceNow security recommendations
- System monitoring, and communicating with stakeholders
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow administration and configuration experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge in ITIL and ITSM processes, especially in ServiceNow
- Development experience in ServiceNow would be an advantage
- Knowledge in scripting such as in Windows Powershell would be an advantage
