- Professional development or talent certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Capital, preferably in talent management, learning & development, or HR analytics. Experience in supporting large-scale programs or assessments is a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS/Talent Systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.)
- Comfortable working with digital tools for surveys, assessments, and collaboration (e.g., Google Forms, MS Teams)
