Job Purpose The Senior Associate, Talent Development & Management supports the implementation of talent and succession strategies across Prasarana. This role assists in executing high-potential programs, conducting talent reviews, and tracking development progress while ensuring seamless coordination and data integrity. The position provides operational and analytical support to build a strong leadership pipeline, enhance employee engagement, and foster a growth-oriented culture aligned with organisational goals. Key Accountabilities Program Coordination. -Assist in the end-to-end coordination of talent and succession planning programs. -Support the execution of development centres, assessment tools, and career pathing initiatives. Talent Data & Reporting. -Maintain up-to-date talent dashboards and records, including individual development plans, high-potential tracking, and succession charts. -Generate regular reports and insights to support data-driven decisions. Assessment & Review Support. -Coordinate logistics and materials for assessment centres, talent forums, and calibration sessions. -Provide support in documenting outcomes, follow-up actions, and stakeholder communications. Stakeholder Engagement. -Liaise with business units, Human Capital Business Partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in of talent processes. -Provide guidance to departments on development planning tools and frameworks. Process & System Support -Ensure accurate and timely data entry into HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors or other platforms). -Contribute to system enhancements and process improvements related to talent initiatives. Benchmarking & Best Practices. -Assist in gathering and analysing market and industry best practices to inform internal talent programs. -Support research efforts and participate in external benchmarking or awards submissions. Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent. Professional development or talent certifications are an advantage. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Capital, preferably in talent management, learning & development, or HR analytics. Experience in supporting large-scale programs or assessments is a plus. Familiarity with HRIS/Talent Systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, etc.) Comfortable working with digital tools for surveys, assessments, and collaboration (e.g., Google Forms, MS Teams) Show more Show less
