Responsibilities: Present, promote and sell capabilities and services to existing and prospective customers. Understand the comapny processes and it's pros and cons. Understand the needs, quotation, approval and auditing processes of customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Understand Industrial trends and is competent to propose action plans to be in-line. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to achieve customer satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and forecast within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members of other departments, needs to be a team player. Analyze the market's potential, track sales and provide market intelligence. Understand the business, supply chain, needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products of customers. Keep abreast of best practices, discipline and compliance to code of conduct. Continuous improvement through training and feedback. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sales personnel. Substantial knowledge in manufacturing, especially supporting industries and EMS. Significant knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills. Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer's needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in business or a related field. Able to travel regionally and globally whenever needed.
