- Drive and deliver projects using either waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid methodology.
- Accountable for preparing and planning projects from scope, time, cost, and qualityaspects and obtaining approval to commence project execution.
- Accountable for driving and completing mandatory project documentation such asbusiness case, project charter, project plan, test plan, lesson learned, etc.
- Lead multi-disciplinary team members and vendor partners (if applicable) to drive andcomplete project preparation and execution activities and deliverables.
- Lead, manage, and drive successful project execution activities and deliverables.
- Manage and address project conflicts, issues, risks, and expectations and ensure theyare escalated or addressed in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor the project's actual schedule and cost against planned and takecorrective or preventive measures to ensure it is on track.
- Track and manage project change requests via a governance model to safeguard theagreed project scope.
- Develop a communication plan to ensure key stakeholders are updated consistentlyand within expectations.
- Provide periodic and timely status progress updates on the project.
- Planning and driving successful handover activities from project to support team toensure on-time project closure.
- Comply with DKSH Group IT Project Methodology.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and deep experience in IT project management eitherin waterfall or Agile/Scrum or hybrid environment.
- Preferably certified in either PMP/PRINCE2 or Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Possess strong organizational skills and deep experience in managing large andcomplex projects across functions and/or geographies.
- Demonstrate domain knowledge in any of these areas: Supply Chain, WarehouseManagement, Finance, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, e-commerce, BusinessIntelligence, and applicable business domains.
- Possess experience and exposure to deliver successful projects in major ERPapplications, digital space, or in-house software development (e.g., SAP ECC, SAPHybris, SAP BI, SalesForce.com, B2B2C site setup, e-commerce, Data Lake, majorcross-system integrations).
- Preferably have in-depth knowledge in any one of these business domains: Finance-Controlling, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales and Distribution, B2B2C,Customer Relationship, User Experience (UX), and Analytics.
- It is advantageous to have industry experience and knowledge in healthcare, consumergoods, and general logistics and distribution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 7 to 10 years experience in a similar role
