Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Malaysia for a F&B Coordinator/Admin. The F&B Coordinator/Admin will be responsible for managing food and beverage services, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction, overseeing food safety and hygiene standards, and coordinating with different departments. Additionally, the role involves administrative duties such as scheduling, inventory management, and providing support to the F&B Manager & team Coordinate internal communication between F&B outlets, kitchen, and other departments. Assist in planning and organizing special events, promotions, banquets, and seasonal menus. Prepare and maintain F&B reports, sales data, inventory records, and staff schedules. Handle F&B departmental correspondences, meeting minutes, and documentation. Follow up on purchase requests, stock orders, and supplier communications. Assist with menu printing, signage, and promotional materials. Ensure F&B SOPs, safety guidelines, and documentation are updated and properly filed. Track guest feedback, compile service reports, and escalate concerns as needed. Support HR functions such as attendance tracking, staff training records, and uniform coordination for F&B team. Maintain high levels of confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all tasks.
