
Sales Manager

- Execute sales strategies set by the Head of Sales to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and prospects, without territory restrictions
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across all market segments
- Monitor own sales performance and share updates with the Head of Sales
- Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities and customer engagement events
- Ensure all sales activities follow company policies and procedures
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Sales or management
- Diploma or Degree in any fields
- Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in commercial vehicle-related industries such as prime mover/truck/trailer sales, trailer/truck spare parts, lubricant oil and etc)
- Keep up to date with market trends and apply insights for sales improvement
- Analytical skills to assess opportunities and challenges
- Must be willing to travel
- Permanent employment
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.00am-6.00pm)
