Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance. Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of operational goals. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and drive the adoption of best practices. 2. Logistics & Warehousing Oversee end-to-end logistics and warehousing functions, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and reliable delivery of products. Optimize inventory management systems to balance cost efficiency with sufficient stock availability. Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to streamline transportation routes and reduce lead times. 3. Customer Service Excellence Design and implement customer service strategies to enhance satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Establish clear service standards and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and complaints. Monitor customer feedback, identify trends, and implement corrective measures to improve service quality. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable. Proven track record in a senior operations leadership role, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sectors. Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels. Strategic mindset with a history of driving operational excellence and delivering measurable business results. Experience in a global or multi-site environment is an advantage.
