Responsibilities: Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Seek out new sales opportunities by opening new accounts and follow through sales leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer need to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing and technical team to develop effective sales strategies. Provide after-sales support including troubleshooting and training for clients. Attend conferences and other events to generate leads and network. Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software. Requirement: A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences,or Biomedical Engineering. A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. Candidates with experience in the medical, life science, diagnostic, or nutraceutical (e.g., supplements) industries are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience working with pharmacies and GP clinics is a plus. Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling skill. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
