Job Responsibility Job Scope Support the accounting team with simple admin tasks Organize and file documents (physical & digital) Key in invoices, receipts, and basic accounting data Assist with issuing invoices and billing follow-ups Liaise with clients to collect documents and information Help with simple bookkeeping and data entry Provide support during monthly or yearly closing Job Requirements Requirement Min. SPM / Diploma in Business, Admin, or Accounting Basic computer skills (Excel, Word) Detail-oriented and organized Able to follow instructions and meet deadlines Added advantage if you speak and write well in Mandarin.
