- Proficiency in Account Management, Data Entry, Administrative Support, and Record Keeping.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Ability to accurately and efficiently manage and input financial data.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring all financial transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team, including filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Support the accounts team in preparing for audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Assist with the processing of employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain organized and secure financial records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
