- Manage and support end to end Talent Management activities .
- Supporting for the Hire to Retire process, from managing the manpower requisition to on boarding.
- Manage the end to end vendor management for Learning and Talent Acquisition.
- Maintain work relationships with managers on understanding of the talent needs based on goals/KPIs.
- Support in aligning and applying the company’s Talent strategies.
- Support in designing, developing and managing of Jemco’s Learning & Development roadmaps and processes.
- Work closely with HOD and identify potential key roles on succession planning.
- Support and assist in the Performance Management process.
- Assist in supporting all employee engagement initiatives in Jemco
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or any related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years working experience as a HR practitioner, in Talent Management, Learning & Development and Mobility.
- Knowledge on Malaysia’s Employment Act
- Well versed with Microsoft applications - Words, Excel, Power Point.
- Knowledge of and experience with HR Tech.
- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Good track record in collaborating within and across teams
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
