The incumbent in this role is responsible for playing a part in Jemco’s Talent Management and Development initiatives by identifying and assessing current and future needs in Jemco.Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and support end to end Talent Management activities ​​​​.
  • Supporting for the Hire to Retire process, from managing the manpower requisition to on boarding.
  • Manage the end to end vendor management for Learning and Talent Acquisition.
  • Maintain work relationships with managers on understanding of the talent needs based on goals/KPIs.
  • Support in aligning and applying the company’s Talent strategies.
  • Support in designing, developing and managing of Jemco’s Learning & Development roadmaps and processes.
  • Work closely with HOD and identify potential key roles on succession planning.
  • Support and assist in the Performance Management process.
  • Assist in supporting all employee engagement initiatives in Jemco
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years working experience as a HR practitioner, in Talent Management, Learning & Development and Mobility.
  • Knowledge on Malaysia’s Employment Act
  • Well versed with Microsoft applications - Words, Excel, Power Point.
  • Knowledge of and experience with HR Tech.
  • Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Good track record in collaborating within and across teams
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong personal skills.
