- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
- Minimum qualification: SPM or above; Open to fresh graduate
- Willing to work on a 24/7 rotational shift schedule
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive customer relationships
- Experience in banking / financial customer service is an added advantage
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Assist customers by providing clear guidance on banking products, services, and digital platforms.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring accurate information and timely resolution.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to enhance their banking experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and deliver excellent service.
