  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring accurate information and timely resolution.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to enhance their banking experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure follow-ups are completed promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and deliver excellent service.
