Responsibilities:Lead the design department, providing direction and mentorship to the design team.Collaborate with the project and commercial departments to ensure alignment on design concepts, project requirements, and client expectations.Receive design briefs and create innovative and market-relevant concept designs.Oversee the design development process, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept through to execution.Produce drawings and assist the team during peak periods to ensure timely submissions.Maintain a commitment to high-quality, creative solutions that reflect client objectives.Requirements:Relevant qualifications.Proven leadership skills to guide and mentor the design team effectively.Strong collaboration skills, working closely with project and commercial teams to ensure design objectives are met.Excellent conceptual design and presentation skills.Familiarity with the full design development process from ideation to execution.Strong understanding of commercial space design and fit-out projects.Strong communications and presentation skills in English.
