Location: Petaling JayaRESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences, and translate them into innovative and functional design solutions.Prepare conceptual design drawings, working drawings, specification schedules and preliminary plans for review and approval of clients.Lead the design process from concept development through to project completion, ensuring that design objectives are met within established timelines and budgets.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design intent.Participate in meetings, and project reviews, effectively communicating design concepts and progress updates.Stay updated with industry trends, emerging materials, and innovative design techniques to consistently deliver cutting-edge and imperatively designs.Able to work independently with minimum supervision.REQUIREMENTS:Degree in interior design or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of experience in workplace interior design.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.Knowledge of workplace design trends, building codes, and industry standards.Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.Able to work independently with minimum supervision;Good in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
