Job Description Mission of the role As part of the DBA team you will be taking care of GfK Database systems running on Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL and SAP ASE (Sybase). We are looking for someone who has experience running relational database systems on-premise and on cloud. You Will Perform analysis and resolution of critical issues Be responsible for planning and implementation of database changes Be in charge of the improvement and optimization of databases systems Be responsible for Incident and Problem Management Be involved in Configuration Management On-call duty Report to the Infrastructure Database Team Lead You Have 2+ years of experience with databases in Cloud 2+ years of experience with scripting, at least Linux Shell or Windows Powershell Advanced knowledge of relational database system(s) Solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems Good communication and self-organizational skills An Agile mindset ITIL framework knowledge SAFe framework knowledge Benefits Exciting work environment that brings people together Use of the latest digital technologies Initial and ongoing trainings to support your development Opportunities for personal and professional growth Flexible working hours and home office All documents will be treated in the strictest confidentiality.
