- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Handle daily accounting tasks including bookkeeping, data entry, and reconciliations.
- Process staff claims, petty cash, and vendor invoices.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules.
- Support payment processing and follow up on collections.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Support seniors in ad-hoc assignments and analysis when required.
