- To liaise with Kastam Malaysia for the declaration and clearance of goods for inbound/outbound
- Assist in delivery and submission of proper paperwork to the authority to ensure the import/export shipment is smooth
- Maintain healthy and productive working relations with the carriers, customs brokers, vendors, and service providers
- Review import documentation to verify compliance with customs regulations
- Follow-up closely with requirements and changes needed in custom forwarding
- Min 2 years experience in freight forwarding/shipping industry operations
- Experience in custom liaison, understanding of SOP and regulations
- Able to coordinate, follow-up and maintain cordial relationship with the external parties
- Familiar with Custom Declaration & Formalities
- Basic Knowledge On HS Codes
- Possess own transport, able to travel within klang valley
