Key Responsibilities Office Management: Support daily office operations and help maintain an organized work environment. Assist in monitoring office supplies and inventory levels. Help coordinate maintenance requests for office equipment and facilities. Contribute to keeping the office space clean and orderly. Administrative Support: Assist in scheduling and preparing for meetings and appointments. Help manage incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and deliveries. Support in organizing and maintaining office records and documents. Communication: Assist in answering and directing phone calls and emails professionally. Help facilitate communication within and outside the organization. Contribute to drafting and distributing memos, notices, or internal communications. Support Functions: Provide general administrative assistance to various departments as required. Assist in planning and organizing office events or meetings. Perform other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications: Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Comfortable using general office equipment and software. Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma/ degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities.
