- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants with right attitude are encouraged to apply
- Good command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Require 80% of the time to communicate with counterpart in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan)
- Required Skills: Good Telephone Etiquette, Good Communication, Interpersonal skills, Negotiation, Relationship Building and Lead Generation.
- Analytical and Problem Solving skills, Team Player, Pleasant, Persuasive, Persistent, Strong Initiative and Results Driven
- Mature and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Experience or knowledge on Import/Export would be an added advantage

- Assist customer in preparing air waybill or consignment note via ADS customer portal
- Respond to customers proactively and confidently by providing accurate information in all areas such as custom requirements, transit time and prices.
- Enhance customer experience in ADS by exercising professionalism and empathy when dealing with each individual customer's varying needs and demands.
- Liaise with Operations Department and other departments for quick and efficient resolution of customer issues and queries.
- Ensure all shipments tracking status is up to date
- Handle all trace enquiries in accordance with service standards and processes.
- Adhere to existing Customer Service procedures, while maintaining flexibility to customers' needs within reasonable limits in consultation with CS supervisors and managers
