JOB DESCRIPTION Lead and monitor the performance of mandated portfolios and execute identified value creation plans for portfolio companies. Lead the team in the execution of projects, transactions and other initiatives. Co-manage relationships with Section Head in engagement with nominee directors, portfolio companies, advisors & partners. Oversee and guide the preparation of financial forecasts, financial models, financial analysis on companies. Development and improvement of work processes & tools for decision-making for strategic asset management. Oversee and guide the preparation of investment reports and presentation materials. JOB REQUIREMENTS Preferably at least ten (10) years of relevant experience in Strategic Asset Management, Corporate Finance or other equivalent functions in the financial industry or asset management industry would be an advantage Possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or any other major from local or overseas universities recognised by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) Strong leadership and has excellent communication and negotiation skills in managing internal and external stakeholders Strong written and presentation skills Passionate, resourceful and self-driven Strong financial and business acumen with good analytical skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Malaysian citizen Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent as recognized by the Malaysia Government JOB STATUS Permanent JOB PLACEMENT Strategic Asset Management, Strategic Investment Department (SID) All applications are strictly CONFIDENTIAL and only shortlisted candidates will be called in for interview.
