Purpose of the Role: The candidate will be joining Zuellig Pharma's Corporate Finance Team reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A (main person) with supporting relationship with other Corp FPA Team members. What You'll Do : Handle group monthly closing activities (SAP ECC, SAP BPC, DataLake, Dashboards); working with all countries and BUs to ensure numbers are submitted on time with good quality and are validated. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and pinpoint errors in logic. Handle yearly budgeting process under the supervision of a manager System enhancements Update training guide and conduct training sessions. Troubleshoot issues raised by users, in templates/data discrepancy. Go-to-person for queries related to system. Provide support for countries to ensure Budget figures are submitted and advise on the correct sequence of tasks. Ensure scheduled system jobs are run successfully and troubleshoot if failed. Support and execute multiple short-term projects simultaneously. Provide basic training for new hires/colleagues on SAP BPC and Budgeting Process. Financial Analysis support for the Corporate FP&A Team, eg managing some of the center costs reporting and analysis etc What will make you successful: Must-Have: 3-7 years working experience in MNC, preferably in a regional capacity. Knowledge of SAP BPC in both Planning and Consolidation Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and SAP ECC (ERP) systems are preferable.
