Role 1 Job Description Training
1) To communicate with external vendor for site services/repair
2) To coordinate and ensure training is imparted to external vendor Fill log sheets/ checklist/ planner as described in the SOPs.
3) To attend, record and conduct all trainings required as per training matrix/ schedule.
4) Coordinate, and approve issued work permits, LOTO, gate pass ect. if required.PM
1) To coordinate and ensure preventive maintenance on HVAC& Cold/Heat storage and Clean utilities equipment carried out and planned in aiming to achieve maximum plant availability with a target of zero unplanned downtime.
2) To coordinate and ensure communication memo for Preventive Maintenance is raised.
3) To ensure equipment maintenance activity responded, carried out, recorded effectively and efficiently.Operation
1) To continuous monitor and troubleshoot on HVAC& Cold/Heat storage and Clean utilities equipment.
2) To maintain availability of spare part of all equipment at all time and ensure no downtime due to non-availability spare part
3) Coordinate and observe for team rectification of equipment/ machines condition and detection of unusual conditions in a proactive manner.
4) Ensure all equipment is operating and maintained as per manufacturer's recommendation.
5) Familiarization with the manufacturing process and related equipment.
6) Daily reporting of activities and updating any issues at work to upper management
7) To perform any activity regarding usage of SAP system for the following activity such as raise, address and close notifications/work orders.
8) Participate in project activity on process optimization, facility upgrade, or objective
