Provide administrative support relating to internal risk management processes:

Receive/ collect data from data requestor, and perform analysis and verification to data requestor.
Data entry into multiple systems and tools, including Know Your Client (KYC) system, conflict checks system and risk management system.
Keep track and follow up check results.
Analyze result, and execute follow up actions prompted by the result.
Update data requestor and attend to questions from data requestor.
Update systems on the status of requests.
Daily and weekly reporting.
Documentation of checks and results.
Assist in any other ad hoc tasks given.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma in business administration / office management field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in administration or data entry.
Working hours are on shift basis.
Ability to manage high volume data while maintaining accuracy.
Works well under pressure to meet deadlines.
A high level of IT user ability, including database entry and use. Time will be allowed for adaptation to in-house risk management tools
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Efficient, effective, have initiative and have a sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
