Preferable Mandarin/Cantonese speaking
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any field
Minimum 3-5 years and above working experience in purchasing (knowledge in this field will be an added advantage)
Self-motivated and a fast learner,
The ability to follow up and communicate effectively
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Computer literate in Microsoft Office application and accounting software (Autocount)
Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist in the smooth operation of the purchasing department
Source suppliers, manage purchase orders, review quality, monitor inventory, negotiable pricing and track market trends for cost-saving opportunities (Material/ Equipment/ Services, etc.)
Assess supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Coordinate with internal teams, prepare procurement reports, and provide status updates on material/ equipment/ assets availability
Coordinate with Operation Department on matter of delivery for material/ equipment/ services
Plan purchases strictly according to timeline & approved budget
Handle & verify supplier invoices and reconcile inventory
Perform any ad-hoc assigned by the superior
