- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in purchasing/inventory management (retail, wholesale, FMCG preferred).
- Proficient in inventory management software & Microsoft Excel.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for HQ coordination).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Mandarin speaker is a MUST.
- Monitor daily stock levels across all sales channels (online, retail, wholesale, OEM).
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory status reports.
- Forecast demand based on sales data, seasonal trends, and promotional activities.
- Plan and execute timely purchase orders to HQ in Shenzhen.
- Liaise with HQ for production schedules, order confirmation, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for shipment tracking and customs clearance.
- Verify received goods match purchase orders in quantity and quality.
- Create contingency plans for supply chain disruptions.
- Purchase daily operational needs such as: Packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, courier bags, labels, tapes, etc.).
- Office supplies (stationery, printer ink, pantry items, cleaning supplies).
- Any other ad-hoc procurement for business operations.
- Maintain a supplier list for quick, cost-effective sourcing of operational items.
- Negotiate prices and delivery terms for office and packing materials.
- Monitor procurement costs and propose cost-saving strategies.
- Evaluate and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
