
Revenue Manager

- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximise room revenues and RevPAR
- Analyse market trends and demand patterns to create short, medium, and long-term revenue plans
- Manage daily pricing and inventory across multiple properties
- Evaluate group enquiries and provide quotations aligned with brand and property strategies
- Prepare and analyse room revenue forecasts and annual budgets in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Lead Revenue Meetings, identifying risks and opportunities to optimise results
- Monitor competitive set pricing and market conditions, recommending strategic adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with General Managers, Sales & Marketing teams to maximise revenue across all hotel departments
- Prepare and present End of Month performance reports, highlighting key insights and recommendations
- Stay abreast of local market trends and competition in Kuala Lumpur to inform revenue strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a revenue-focused role within the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Solid understanding of revenue management principles and practices
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving revenue targets
- Knowledge of Opera Cloud and IDeaS RMS (advantageous)
- Familiarity with local market trends and competition in Kuala Lumpur
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Collaborative approach with the ability to influence key stakeholders
