Job Description:Design, deploy, and manage a robust Active Directory (AD) infrastructure, including forests, domains, trusts, and organizational units.Develop and enforce Group Policies (GPOs) to manage user environments, security configurations, and system settings.Perform AD migrations, domain consolidations, upgrades, and health assessments.Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication issues, FSMO role placement, and domain controller performance.Manage and secure DNS and DHCP services in support of AD functionality.Implement and maintain identity and access management (IAM) policies, including role-based access control (RBAC).Integrate AD with other systems (e.g., Azure AD, Office 365, third-party authentication solutions).Conduct regular AD audits, analyze logs, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, GDPR, etc.).Ensure high availability of authentication and directory services, including disaster recovery planning and implementation.Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and directory security hardening.Automate routine AD tasks using PowerShell scripting and other automation tools.Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and configuration baselines.Provide support for integration of AD with virtualization platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.Participate in incident response efforts involving directory services and access-related issues.Qualifications:Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Active Directory engineering, administration, or related infrastructure roles.Have a deep understanding of AD architecture, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, and LDAP.Experience with PowerShell scripting skills for automation and troubleshooting.Familiar with hybrid identity environments (Azure AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect).Experience with directory security, role-based access controls, and PKI infrastructure.Knowledge in Windows Server OS (2016/2019/2022), including installation, configuration, and patching.Knowledge in backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity for AD services.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Industry certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, MCSA, or MCSE are an additional trait.Experience with IAM, PAM, and security compliance tools is advantageous.Beyondsoft (Malaysia) Sdn.
