???? Job Title: Admin ???? Location: Meritin Hotel , Kuching Job Description As our Admin, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the hotel. Your responsibilities include: Purchasing: Source, compare, and procure supplies and materials for hotel operations. Social Media Management: Assist in updating and maintaining the hotel's social media accounts with engaging content. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, files, and correspondence for internal and external use. Audit Support: Prepare documents and assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance. General Administrative Support: Handle office tasks, license and certificate renewal, coordinate with various departments, and provide ad-hoc support to management. Requirements Minimum Diploma/Degree in Administration, Business, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok preferred).
