- Working Hours: From 8 am to 5 pm
- Work Days: Monday to Friday only (5 days work week)
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma qualifications.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate
- Work independently, self-initiative and resourceful
- Strong multi-tasking ability with good attention to detail and deadlines
- Enter and update data in the system accurately.
- Collect, organize, and file important documents.
- Communicate with clients and public authorities for required approvals and documents.
- Handle daily office tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with foreign agents regarding candidate documents and updates.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain proper records and ensure all files are up to date.
- Support the team with any other administrative duties as needed.
- Salary Range: RM 1,700 & above (Based on experience)
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS
