Role Overview: The Client Relationship Specialist plays a key role in supporting and growing relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs). This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, ensuring smooth onboarding, assisting with platform usage, and proactively engaging with clients to build loyalty and increase business opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure our premium clients receive timely solutions and personalized experiences. ???? What You'll Be Doing: Provide day-to-day support to HNW clients and IBs, acting as their go-to contact for account and platform-related matters. Assist new clients with onboarding, KYC processes, and platform navigation. Share product updates, market insights, and relevant offers to enhance client engagement. Coordinate delivery of exclusive perks, gifts, and events for premium clients in collaboration with the Commercial Operations team. Maintain accurate CRM entries, client notes, and follow-up schedules. Proactively reach out to inactive clients to re-establish relationships and encourage activity. Gather client feedback and relay it to the relevant teams to improve our service and product offerings. ???? What We're Looking For: Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and any third native language. Prior experience in a customer-facing role serving VIP, Wealth, or Premium clients (finance, airline, hospitality, or similar). Basic understanding of financial markets, investment principles, or trading concepts (Forex/CFD brokerage experience is a plus). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Detail-oriented, service-driven, and proactive in problem-solving. ???? Success Metrics: High HNW client satisfaction scores (CSAT/NPS). Reduction in client churn through proactive engagement. Positive client and IB feedback. Accurate and up-to-date CRM data quality. ????
