Responsibilities Identify potential leads and understand their needs to drive new activations Provide tailored product/service walkthroughs and presentations based on customer requirements Address objections and guide prospects through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth start in trading Encourage customer commitment to actively use our products or services Document customer interactions and update relevant details in the company's CRM system Participate in ongoing training on company offerings, processes, and personal skill development (e.g., read books, follow industry blogs) Meet and strive to exceed KPI targets Requirements Ability to study new information and adapt to new spheres quickly, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning and skill development Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels within company and externally with different profiles of Clients High level of integrity and dependability Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving global and multi-language environment Excellent team player, able to interact effectively with various functions within the company with the ability to build consensus Fluent proficiency in English and Malay We offer 16 paid vacation days per year 14 paid sick leave days per year 11 days Public holidays Medical insurance Dental expenses reimbursement Parking and commuting reimbursement Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses) Show more Show less
