Job Description :We are partnering with a leading global health and life insurer to recruit a Medical Network Coordinator for their Health & Medical department team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, handling a global portfolio of clients and ensuring top-tier service.ResponsibilitiesAs Medical Network Coordinator, your day to day missions will be to develop the network of health partners and healthcare providers across your defined geographical area :
  • Prospect, implement and closely monitor partnerships with third-party healthcare providers in Asia.
  • Undertake benchmarking of healthcare network solutions in various countries, develop and maintain knowledge of existing possibilities on the market.
  • Negotiate healthcare networks’ partnership contracts and competitive rates
  • Oversee the relationship with healthcare networks to ensure that good practices are in place and that the members have smooth access to medical facilities within these networks: monitor and analyse key partnership indicators, collect and review reporting, put in place meeting rituals, prepare meeting agenda, circulate minutes, follow-up on action points, maintain and share project trackers, ensure deadlines are met, troubleshoot incidents, assist with billing issues, propose corrective actions using your expertise.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Perform field visits and networks' audits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Previous experience in the insurance or medical sector is highly preferred, especially in an international environment.
  • Prior experience in an account management role within the Insurance industry will be a strong advantage.
  • A proactive, "can-do" mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to drive results while working as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and a second Asian language.
