We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.Job Descriptions*Drive strategic development of Trade Financing product in Malaysia*Collaborate effectively with BU's within NV in Malaysia to drive financing product adoption and retention

Work with Credit and Operations functions to ensure robust frameworks are in place that allows for smooth execution of all Trade Financing processes as well as effective risk management

Identify and implement new (internal or external)partnerships to enhance underwriting and origination capabilities

Ensure continued strong commercial performance of Trade Financing product

Launch co-underwriting & origination partnerships for both internal and external teams

Ensure effective Risk Management practices is implemented

Sound knowledge and build up networks of liquidation partner channels

Requirements

Graduate Degree in Accounting / Finance / Engineering

5+ years of experience in Business / Commercial /Product Development roles within a Fintech or financial institution

Familiarity with commercial lending landscape (especially Trade Finance) products is highly advantageous

Past experiences working in a product or lending function for a Fintech or Alternative financing platforms targeting the logistic industry

Adopt an open and creative mindset especially for problem solving
