Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Accounting & Secretarial Service Provider Position Title: IT Support Executive (Accounting / Inventory Software) Working Location: East - Macpherson (Walking distance to the company from MRT) Working Hours: 5 days / Monday-Friday: 8.30 am - 6 pm Salary Package: Up to SGD 4000 + AWS Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Resolve hardware and software issues related to virtual servers, Windows servers, and network connectivity Oversee the preventative maintenance and backup operations for servers to guarantee they meet user demands Update and maintain thorough system documentation and backup protocols Deliver technical support for accounting and inventory management systems Conduct investigations, diagnose issues, and devise solutions for end-user problems APPLY NOW!!!
