Job Responsibilities Lark System Administration & Support Administer and maintain the Lark collaboration platform, including user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings. Design, configure, and optimize approval flows, automation workflows, and Base structures to support operational efficiency across departments. Monitor existing automations to ensure stability, troubleshoot failures, and implement improvements. Provide consultation or advice to other departments on Lark-related matters, including best practices, automation, and workflow design. Stay informed about Lark feature updates and proactively recommend enhancements. IT Service Delivery & Operations Support Prepare and set up laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals for new hires, ensuring correct software installation, account access, and security configurations. Maintain IT asset inventory and handle returned equipment, including inspection, data wiping, and redeployment or disposal. Provide first-line troubleshooting for hardware and office equipment, escalating complex issues to senior team members. IT Documentation & Support Maintain IT infrastructure documentation and IT Department Wiki, covering asset inventories, access logs, and system configurations Provide backup support for frontline IT troubleshooting during peak demand or colleague absence. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in Microsoft 365, Lark, or workflow automation tools are a plus but not required. 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration. Exposure to collaboration platforms (Lark, Microsoft 365, Slack, or similar) is preferred. Basic understanding of Lark Suite functions and willingness to learn workflow automation. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 user management and basic troubleshooting. Familiarity with general IT support practices (hardware setup, software installation, account provisioning). Proficient in both verbal and written Chinese and English. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Show more Show less
