Job Description To conduct inspections of malls and monitor the necessary rectification works To establish good professional working relationships with tenant. To handle complaints and any dissatisfaction expressed by tenants or customers. To effectively presents information and responds to tenant&aposs enquiry in detail. To coordinate with relevant party to conduct hygiene & safety inspections and pre-opening inspections on scheduled basis and monitor the progress. To escalate issues and problems to Centre Manager. To coordinate with relevant party in overseeing the pest control service and attend to any pest relevant matter. To coordinate with relevant party in housekeeping and landscape and sustainability initiatives. To coordinate with relevant party and Marketing in any event set up or marketing relevant matter. To coordinate with relevant party in overseeing maintenance or facility management of the mall. To adhere to the company&aposs safety protocols and guidelines at all times and to understand and strictly comply with the Occupational Safety & Health policy outlined in the Sunway Staff Handbook. Understands and applies all policies implemented by Sunway to any personal data received, used, transmitted, processed or stored. Ensures that personal data is not disclosed to any unauthorized third party without obtaining clearance from the Infromation Manager, or the PDP Officer. Complies with all Sunway policies in relation to the Act and assists the Information Manager in any personal data protection matters. Ensures that consent is obtained from the data subjects whenever personal data is collected and the personal data protection notice is always served to the data subjects upon collection of their personal data. Reports any enquiries/complaints in relation to personal data and data security breach incidents to the Information Manager immediately. Ensures that all personal data is protected from any physical damage and from any unauthorized access, alteration, removal, or destruction according to the Personal Data Protection Security Policy. Reports any actual or suspected data security breach and violations to the Information Manager as soon as possible. Provides full co-operation to the PDP Officer upon an internal audit or investigation. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Certificate in Real Estate/Property Management/Engineering/Food Science/Business Administration/Finance Some relevant work experience or fresh graduate Possess excellent interpersonal skill with good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English Willing to be relocated to other states/malls Show more Show less
