Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring data accuracy and reliability We are looking for a proactive Executive, Data Operations to support the day-to-day management of data processes, including extraction, scrubbing, validation, and automation. This role plays a vital part in ensuring timely, high-quality, and reliable data delivery in line with service-level agreements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design efficient processes, resolve data inconsistencies, and maintain robust data quality-ultimately supporting accurate credit scoring and informed business decisions. Here&aposs How You Will Add Value Technical & Data Operations Perform data scrubbing and extraction to ensure high-quality, accurate, and reliable data. Extract data from internal and external sources using automated scripts or manual processes. Support and improve Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes. Write Python scripts to automate routine data operations and validations. (Optional) Work with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Glue, EC2, or EMR to manage data operations in the cloud environment. Process Management & SLA Adherence Monitor and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for data operations tasks. Identify and troubleshoot data quality issues proactively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure timely delivery. Documentation & Knowledge Management Document data workflows, automation scripts, and issue resolutions for future reference and process continuity. What you&aposll need to succeed: Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Work Experience 1-3 years of experience in a data operations or similar role. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of Python for scripting and automation. Solid understanding of data scrubbing, formatting, and standardization techniques. Experience with data extraction from databases, APIs, or flat files. Understanding of SQL for querying and validating data. Familiarity with automation tools such as Airflow, cron jobs, or custom Python scripts. Ability to follow and manage SLAs for task completion and data delivery. Attributes Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
