Industrial Engineer

• Collaborate with the Finance Department to develop detailed reports on operational expenses, ensuring prompt corrective actions and improvements when costs exceed expectations.

• Utilize data analysis tools and statistical methods to evaluate production costs, identify key cost drivers, and implement strategies for expense optimization.

• Design, analyze, and enhance production processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and minimize material wastage, ultimately reducing overall costs.

• Work cross-functionally with various departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience in the glove manufacturing industry.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering.

• Proven experience in Lean, OEE, or similar process optimization projects.

• Strong understanding of industrial engineering principles, including systems engineering and operations research.

• Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Expertise in cost analysis and financial management.
