Reporting to the regional controller, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually engaging dashboards and reports using tools like SAP Analytics Cloud and PowerBI across APAC. As a BI analyst, you will be in charge of collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translating them into actionable visual solutions, and providing support ensures smooth reporting processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing, interactive dashboards, reports and data visualisations to effectively convey complex data insights
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their unique reporting requirements and translate them into actionable visual solutions
- Continuously optimise and maintain existing reports to ensure data accuracy, performance, and relevance
- Work with data sources, ETL processes, and data pipelines to guarantee the availability and quality of data for visualisation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report development and data visualisation to maintain a smooth reporting process
- Provide training and support to end-users and colleagues, enabling them to effectively interpret and utilise reports
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, or other data visualisation tools
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to organise, analyse, and present data in a meaningful and easily understandable manner
- An in-depth understanding of data visualisation principles, best practices, and usability standards
- Proven experience in articulating and translation complex business questions into data-driven solutions
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyse data effectively
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes to ensure data quality and availability
- Experience with data modelling and the capability to design and implement efficient, scalable data models tailored for visualisation is a plus
