Job DescriptionOur client is a consumer retail company scaling up their technology team. They are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively.Job Responsibilities

Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, including sales transactions, customer interactions, and marketing campaigns.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
Perform statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to identify patterns, correlations, and insights in the data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support business initiatives and strategic decision-making.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data-driven insights.
Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or related role, preferably in the retail industry.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling is an added advantage.
