Position Summary Customer Marketing Executive is responsible in assisting Senior Marketing Manager in planning, supporting, implementation and execution of approved customer marketing activities which include national promotion, chanelised promotion & customised activation as well as HCP engagement with the brand team. With range extension, Customer Marketing executive will assist to support the launch, analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess brand & campaign performance. You will play an essential role to: 1) Promotion Planning & Merchandising To aid in the development of channels and customers strategies and promotional planning in line with brand strategies and category vision. Work with Senior Marketing Manager to assist in development & implementation of retailers activation plans to meet short, medium and long term objectives. Prepare monthly reports for analysis purposes by customers/channels/regions in relations for identifications to tap on opportunities and/or close potential gaps. Assist Senior Marketing Manager on tracking, follow up & executing promotion plan & ad hoc activation. Deliver the merchandising guidelines for new launches or re launches aided by the team. 2) Cross Department Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Engage cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, designers, Supply Chain, and other internal team & external parties (agency, printers & suppliers etc) to ensure activation plans are fit for purpose. Support brand marketing team to facilitate HCP (health care professionals) workshop, NGO related events. 3) Budget Planning & Monitoring Tabulations & Tracking of all Customer Marketing budget To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Any Degree in Management/Business Administration/Marketing preferred At least 1 year of Key Accounts/Brand/Trade Marketing experience in FMCG industry Ability to contribute fully and work within cross functional teams. Proven experience leading and driving complex projects An understanding of brand/product marketing. Ability to operate in dynamic, fast changing environment Positive and pro-active approach on problem solving. Able to work under own initiative Ability to work in fast-moving environment with tight timelines.
