The Role Job Type: Full Time Location: Hybrid - 60% WFH, 40% Bandar Sunway Salary: RM3,200-RM4,000 We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to take ownership of our customer service, social media content, edit engaging videos, and support our client communication. You'll be part of a small but passionate team bringing custom bridalwear to life. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, creating beautiful content, and maintaining excellent client relationships. About ARA Experience: ARA Experience is a refreshing alternative to traditional wedding dress shopping. Penny&aposs mission in starting this company was to provide brides with a wedding dress that not only fits their style and budget but also creates an unforgettable experience. Our unique approach allows brides to enjoy a customized journey, complete with a calm, interactive, and enjoyable atmosphere, all at half the price of our competitors. Responsibilities Social Media & Marketing (60%) Plan and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook Shoot and edit video clips into Reels and TikToks Write captions and publish stories aligned with our brand voice Organise and assist on photoshoots (in-house or with external creatives) Track performance and suggest improvements Customer Service (40%) Reply to DMs and client messages in a warm, professional tone Help manage appointment bookings and reschedules Send reminders, invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments Keep track of FAQs and flag customer feedback or issues to the team Work with Head Designer to draft up emails & help identify and solve complex issues with clients You'll Love This Role If You Are: Creative, fast, and confident with video editing (CapCut, VN, or Adobe a plus) Strong with writing and know how to keep things on-brand Enjoy relating to clients and are good at empathising Comfortable managing a calendar and chasing up appointments or payments Proactive and organised, you don't wait to be told twice Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in marketing or fashion design or related field 2 - 3 years of relevant experience Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative experience with social media Show more Show less
