- Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness
- Professionally and efficiently resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes, handling escalated complex cases when necessary
- Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team
- Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities
- Pursue additional licenses to broaden your professional expertise and contribute to the growth of our business
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers, acting as their primary point of contact for trading-related inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience
- Accountability in the workplace means that all employees are responsible for their actions, behaviors, performance and decisions such as tardiness
- Taking responsibility for the acceptable level of attendance by well managed leave according to the agreed entitlement
- Required to pass the FINRA SIE exam, obtain Series 7 and Series 63 licenses within the 3-month probationary period
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance,Economics or related field (CFA/FRM preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry preferred
- Mathematics: Grade A in SPM, Grade A2 in UEC
- GPA >3.5/CGPA >3.0 (CGPA >3.5 preferred)
- Exemplary professionalism with meticulous attention to detail, patience, and empathy
- Strong crisis management and decision-making skills
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities
- Business-fluent English (professional document drafting skills required)
- Bilingual English/Chinese proficiency preferred
- Must be able to work rotating shifts (including night shifts and holiday coverage)
- Specific shifts will be scheduled according to business needs, primarily aligning with U.S. market hours (night shifts)
- Capable of working under high-pressure conditions
- Experience executing and managing trades across different asset classes
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
- Note: Exceptional fresh graduates may be considered with relaxed experience requirements.
